Bobbie Merica is an award-winning innovator, international speaker, author, and industry leader in immersive moulage and multi-agency response simulation. With an extensive knowledge of interactive wound evolution, scenario staging, and a 350-sensitive blueprint to training design, she pioneered the first of a series of interactive medical art wounds and interactive scenarios in 2006 to fill the void in clinical and hospital training environments. Merica's innovative approach to interconnected training has earned numerous accolades, including the multiple EMS World Innovation Awards.

Partnership with AOIFA.org
In 2020, Moulage Concepts developed AOIFA.org, a community-focused training program for growth, resilience, ACEs, NeuroArt preparedness, and 350-sensitive training design. In partnership, they launched the CAPE (Communities Align for Prioritizing Education and Training) program to meet TECC/MCI/Environmental preparedness needs after Merica survived one of the largest MCI fires in history.
